The Coco-Wiki side now shows the ResearchQuestionArtifact / ModuleNotebook delivery for Tokio: deterministic module-seeded pages, frozen source citations, query footprints, and no-op rerun incrementality. The CodeWiki side remains the earlier interrupted 17-page snapshot for style comparison.
Built as a deterministic v1 of the explicit semantic research layer: ModuleSpec to ResearchQuestionArtifact to ModuleNotebook to Markdown to HTML. It records READ, GLOB, GREP, SymbolLookup, GraphLookup, and SemanticFrontier footprints and keeps artifact identity independent of a whole repository snapshot digest.
